Background : SUKIYA is Japans leading Beef Gyudon chain with over 2000 stores across Japan. In 2021 they entered the Singapore market and SPARK was entrusted to create the Singapore design adaptation and support them in rolling out the store to multiple locations including Jewel, Orchard 313, Suntec City, Funan and more.
The Brief : Establish the Singapore design and quality standards for SUKIYA. Efficiently and accurately develop design packages for new stores suitable for tender. Support client to oversee construction of each store through to completion
The Results : Over 10 successfully implemented stores across Singapore in most of the leading mall developments
